Neil Nissing and Harold Osmer created the Irwindale Speedway programs from 2002 through 2004, equating to three full racing seasons. With new cover art and inside material each and every week, "The Program Guys" set the standard for weekly event program publication, exceeding all expectations—in keeping with the racing competition found on the track.
Neil is a professional photographer and graphic artist with a keen eye for proportion, perspective, and attention to detail. Harold is a respected auto racing historian, author, and publisher. This 2-man team has produced award-winning works dating back many years.
