Harold Osmer is an award-winning author of three books devoted to Southern California auto racing history. He worked with Neil Nissing to create the Irwindale Speedway weekly event program from 2002 through 2004. That's 50 pages per week, 30+ weeks each season, equating to 100 programs overall. Harold teamed with Kane Crawford to produce the Racing at Irwindale Speedway radio show in 2004, broadcast live each week over station KTIE. Their radio work was added to the videos produced by RAZ Video Productions for private broadcast. Harold has appeared as an expert commentator on the Huell Howser Show, the History Channel, and the Discovery Channel. His recent work involves Production Editor duties for Miss Information's Automotive Calendar of Events, a monthly automotive event magazine published by Autobooks-Aerobooks. Harold also writes new car and book reviews for LACar.com. Harold is a stay-at-home dad of two girls and operates HO Publishing from a home office in Southern California. He has a master's degree in geography, a black belt in karate, and is married to a rocket scientist. Livin' the dream.
